So it's been a loooong time since my last post, but I'm glad to say I'm back and back on track again! A move to London and a baby daughter happened along the way and now we're happily settled into our new life in Greenwich, London.

NRC organiseert in samenwerking met Nikon heel 2015 een fotowedstrijd. Iedereen kan elke maand een eigen foto insturen, aansluitend op het thema van de maand. In januari 2015 begon de fotowedstrijd met het eerste thema "Mens" en ik besloot bovenstaande foto van mijn documentair project Hijab Unravelled in te sturen.
De vrouwelijke studentenvereniging U.V.S.V./N.V.V.S.U. brengt jaarlijks een almanak uit: een jaarboek met daarin verslagen van de vereniging en studentenstad Utrecht. Een uitgekozen commissie stelt deze samen en is verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces:

In het teken van Open Monumentendag Amsterdam kleurden de grachten van Amsterdam 14 september 2014 groen. Stichting De Groene Grachten organiseerde voor de tweede keer de Amsterdam Solar Boat Parade.
Sooo…I know it's been a while since DARE has had any news to bring, but with good reason! For it is exactly 6 weeks and 2 days ago that I married the love of my life and it has taken me a while to get off of that lovely, fuzzy cloud of eternal bliss and happiness. :)
Vlak voor de eerste WK wedstrijd van Oranje werden de grachten van Amsterdam even wakker geschud.
"Bij Tijn Akersloot is het 365 dagen per jaar zoals het strand hoort te zijn: ongedwongen en relaxed." En zo was het ook zeker op de stralende en zonnige huwelijksdag van Florine en Melle.
